Maybe you need administrators right for the windows user ?
When you run the wizard for the first time, are you trying to configure an existing profile, probably called "Outlook"? If so, add a new profile as opposed to editing an existing one.
The user is an administrator on the PC.
I'd already tried installing into a fresh profile but I still get the same error message. I looks like something is trying to create a new folder when Outlook starts up and the Oracle Collaboration Suite does not like it But I can't work out what that could be. I can't turn on logging either because Outlook exits as soon as I acknowledge the message.
I am having the exact same problem with the 10.1.3 OCFO. I've tested on a fresh installation of Outlook 2007 (SP1) and get the same error on both XP & Vista. Has anyone found a solution?
I experience the same problem.
After having done some tests: this only occurs on some servers, and obviously on servers which don't enable the creation of sub-folders at their root (/) but only under the Inbox (INBOX/).
Could this be a bug of OCFO which tries to create a folder at the root (/) of the mailbox at launch (or any other operation with the folders), disregarding the NAMESPACE results?
