AFAIK there's no way to do that atm. I think it would be possible to do with raw HTML using <label for=""><img/></label>, but I never tried it and it wouldn't be any more possible using af:selectOneRadio anyway. I guess you could create your own component extending the existing one or ask for an ER.

You can use labelStyle in af:panelLabelAndMessage like this:
label="Some text over image"
You can ommit label if you don't want any text but just image.
I think he means that radio's label, not the field's label.

Ooops! I understood it this way... Well, he can try using some CSS stylesheet selectors to distinguish child LABEL elements inside af:selectOneRadio element. But it would require browser support for this to work, and IE 7 for sure is not the best behaving for that... Maybe he can also use client side scripting to programmatically change style of the labels after the page loading...
