Appleid patch 4489303 and performed following with no issues.

        F:\oraaim\aimappl\ad\11.5.0\bin>perl admkappsutil.pl
        Starting the generation of appsutil.zip

        output located at F:\oraaim\aimappl\admin\out\appsutil.zip
        MakeAppsUtil completed successfully.

Then unzipped appsutil.zip file under RDBMS_ORACLE_HOME.

        ------------------------------------------------------

Then ran autoconfig on dbtier succesfully

AutoConfig is configuring the Database environment...

Context Value Management will now update the Context file

Updating rdbms version in Context file to db920
Updating rdbms type in Context file to 32 bits
        Configuring templates from ORACLE_HOME ...

        AutoConfig completed successfully.

Ran autoconfig on appsteir directly on server and no issues.

Applied last patch 4653225 with no issues.

After going thru many documents and readmes, I am assuming there are no more patches to apply before I Upgrade database to
        10gr2.

        Thanks

Did you verify that you can access the application after applying all these patches? Please do so before you proceed.

            Yes, I did.

I ran catupgr.sql and now I am doing step 36 of note:316889.1 and found following invalid objects.
              How do I resolve this?

              Thanks.

                Note.412032.1 Ext/Mod EDW_ & FII_ invalid objects:

Run steps 2 and 3 from the note above, if there is a problem with the links then drop and recreate them using the steps in the note.
When that is done run utlrp.sql and I believe should clean up most of the stuff :-)

From which user are you trying to run user_db_links ?
You have to run from APPS Schema.

Delete and recreate the dblinks as per note and run utlrp.sql

                      I have upgraded the database.
                      I am in step 25 of note:362203.1
                      How listener is configured?
How does new oracle_home is referenced?
Does following steps in note:165195.1 takes care of these issues?

Copy AutoConfig to the RDBMS ORACLE_HOME
Update the RDBMS ORACLE_HOME file system with the AutoConfig files by performing the following steps:

On the Application Tier (as the APPLMGR user):

Log in to the APPL_TOP environment (source the environment file)
                      Create appsutil.zip file
                      perl <AD_TOP>/bin/admkappsutil.pl
                      This will create appsutil.zip in $APPL_TOP/admin/out .

On the Database Tier (as the ORACLE user):

Copy or FTP the appsutil.zip file to the <RDBMS ORACLE_HOME>
                      cd <RDBMS ORACLE_HOME>

Run AutoConfig on the database tier node. Use the adautocfg.sh/.cmd command described in Section 3, Task 1.

Attention: The database server and the database listener must remain available during the AutoConfig run. All the other database tier services should be shut down.

Run AutoConfig on the Application Tiers
Run AutoConfig on all application tier nodes. Use the adautocfg.sh/.cmd command described in Section 3, Task 2.

Attention: The database server and the database listener must remain available during the AutoConfig run. Only the application tier servers should be shut down.

Update the RDBMS ORACLE_HOME file system with the AutoConfig files by performing the following steps:

On the Application Tier (as the APPLMGR user):

Log in to the APPL_TOP environment (source the environment file)
                        Create appsutil.zip file

Make sure you have the new ORACLE_HOME sourced.
You can do it manually as :
                        set ORACLE_HOME=H:\.....
Run AutoConfig on the Application Tiers
Run AutoConfig on all application tier nodes. Use the adautocfg.sh/.cmd command described in Section 3, Task 2.

                          I have upgraded the database.
                          I am in step 25 of note:362203.1
                          How listener is configured?
Copy the listener.ora/tnsnames.ora/sqlnet.ora files from the 9i ORACLE_HOME to the 10g ORACLE_HOME and replace the 9.2.0 references with the 10.2.0
How does new oracle_home is referenced?
Set the 10g ORACLE_HOME manually until you run AutoConfig and create the database env files.

Copy or FTP the appsutil.zip file to the <RDBMS ORACLE_HOME>
                          cd <RDBMS ORACLE_HOME>
                          unzip -o appsutil.zip

Run AutoConfig on the Database Tier
Run AutoConfig on the database tier node. Use the adautocfg.sh/.cmd command described in Section 3, Task 1.
After you unzip appsutil.zip and before running AutoConfig on the database tier, you have to issue the following command to create the Context File in the 10g ORACLE_HOME.
                          $ perl adbldxml.pl tier=db appsuser=<APPSuser> appspasswd=<APPSpwd>
Run the following to generate the env files:
                          $ cd <RDBMS ORACLE_HOME>/appsutil/bin, run
                          $ adconfig.sh contextfile=<CONTEXT> appspass=<APPSpwd>
After running the above, the scripts directory "/appsutil/scripts/<CONTEXT_NAME>/" is created in appsutil directory, and then you can run AutoConfig.

I did exactly and worked fine.

After that I have recomipled objects in apps schema using adadmin.
After that I ran invalid objects query and got the output.

I do not see many invalid objects as I got in my previous update.
Does this mean adadmin recompiled all the objects?

                            Thanks.

As per note:386746.1 I need to apply this patch 4369527.

The readme of 4369527 says following.

One-off patches are not fully certified by all Oracle products, and so there is
some risk of unexpected side effects. If the fix in this patch is included in
the latest released ATG Family Packs and/or ATG PF Consolidated Updates (CU),
then it is highly recommended to upgrade to latest released ATG Family Pack or
ATG PF Consolidated Update (CU) that is available in Recommended Patch List
(Metalink Note 123456.1). It is also recommended to upgrade to latest released
ATG Family Pack or ATG PF Consolidated Update (CU) before applying this patch.

How Do I check this applies to me?

As per note:329780.1, I did recompile this object and I got this following output.
Looks like it depends on the CTXSYS object which is invalid too.

As per note:386746.1 I need to apply this patch 4369527.
This patch is not included in any patchset.
In metalink, when you query for any patch, you'll have a section "Patchsets known to include or supersede Patch *****"
This sections lists all the patches that this particular patch is included or superseded.

CTXSYS is related to Oracle Text.
For CTX objects you need to reinstall the Oracle Text using the following note:
