Yes we just did solve it yesterday.
What does your opatch lsinventory look like?
Please let me know how and where to find opatch lsinventory? Is there any command to look into it?
Wenn you Applied the patch you did a "opatch apply".
To know what has been applied do a "opatch lsinventory".
I am sorry but I dont have answer for your question about optach lsinventory.
Could you please tell me in detail how did you solve this problem?
We have applied patch 5983622 which gave us error then applied Patch 4960210 to Application Server 10.1.2.0.2. which again throwed error.
Any help will be really appreciated

Apply Oracle AS/DS version 10.1.2.3 Patch 5983622
This brings the Oracle CORE version up to 10.1.0.5. The Oracle CORE includes the database related componets su

Apply the one-off patch 5123798 to the AS/DS installation.
a. Select release 10.1.0.5 for the desired platform, and download the patch.
b. Install Patch 5123798 (opatch apply). Note that this patch is installed in the Application Server or Developer Suite ORACLE_HOME.
c. Relink the Forms and Reports executables:
Make -f ins_forms.mk install
Make -f ins_reports.mk install
