Hosted APEX site is down?

I was using the hosted APEX site and it suddenly went down with this message:

None of the links work - they all get 404 or site not found.

The desupport notice says that on 31stJan 2005 we stop error correction. Which means what it says, we stop logging and fixing bugs. However, you should still be able to call Support and they will help and supply patches. I think there is one last patch set to come but you can confirm this with Support.

I saw (I believe on Metalink) that patch 17 is expected in January.
