Check the current resources registered with crs.
check if resource profile exists on the node1 and the permission
# ls -la /oracle/app/oracle/product/crs/crs/public/LISTENER_server1-DB.cap
it must be rw-r--r-- 1 oracle oinstall
if not , create manually the cap files for each listener (best is to copy/edit a cap file from a node where listener is well registered)
and then register it with crs_register
just to mention: this is not supported by Oracle. It might be better, to open a SR to get the NETCA issue fixed.
