Define "taking the export."
Are you using the exp executable or DataPump? If DataPump from the command line or using the built-in package?
Define "10g Rel 2."
Does this mean unpatched 10.2.0.1 or 10.2.0.4 or something else?
What command(s) did you issue that created the error?

we are using oracle 1002000100 , No patches are applied so far,
USING EXP commonad but not the Datapump
EXP xng/xng@xrpt172 file=d:\bk_xng_ul.dmp owner=xng direct=y log=d:\bk_xng_ul.log
then export is terminated Successfull with warning and the Error ORA-06509: PL/SQL: ICD vector missing for this package is giving
ORA-06509: PL/SQL: ICD vector missing for this package
Cause: This indicates a version clash between some package distributed with an Oracle product and the product executable.
Action: Contact Oracle Support Services.
Satish is correct and you are three patches behind. Get yourself to 10.2.0.4 and implement change control policies.
running Catalog and Catproc Scripts Fix the Error,
or only applying the patches fix the Erroe
