10.2.0.4 patchset

hello friends

Can I apply patch p7584866_10204_Win32 on a 10.2.0.1 DB, windows 32bit. ?

SQL> select * from v$version;

BANNER
----------------------------------------------------------------
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Prod
PL/SQL Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
CORE 10.2.0.1.0 Production
TNS for 32-bit Windows: Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Production

I'm trying but I'm getting an error number 73...

From the patchset README file:

10.2.0.4 patch 13 includes all bugs fixed in 10.2.0.4 patch 1 through Patch 12. It must be applied on top of the 10.2.0.4 base release or on top of any earlier bundle patches 10.2.0.4 Patch 1 to Patch 12
