Are you doing something like following
where IpLb and PortLb represents loadbalancer ip and port.
I belive you are doing this for both the engines and it should work. may be it makes sense to paste the server element for both the engines here.
By any chance are you using multi-homed machine and have more than one NAP defined per engine?
I was trying LB's address as public address only for one engine tier.
I made the change the for 2nd enginer tier's sip channel as well & now I see LB's address in VIA & CONTACT headers.
