Possible to restart some background processes?

685641Apr 27 2009 — edited Apr 27 2009
Recently I had an newbie-accident: typed "shutdown immediate" on production db instead of test db. After few seconds, I realized my mistake and aborted shutdown.
In alertlog file was:
Stopping background process QMNC
Stopping background process CJQ0
Stopping background process MMNL
Stopping background process MMON

Database is running normally for few days, exept that none of scheduled jobs started.

Is it possible to restart those background processes without restarting database?
