              Mohammed,

Are you able to create any file manually under "/tmp/0512xxxx" directory as root user?

Do you have sufficient space on this mount point?

              Regards,
              Hussein

                    Mohammed,

Do you use the same stage area directory you used with previous installation? Just want to confirm that this directory is valid.

Remove all the files under the /tmp directory, and change the ownership of it to root, and try then.

BTW, I do not see the error message in the log file you have posted above, can you verify the logs again?

                    Regards,
                    Hussein

There is only one changes is....

first i create the staging area, and install application after that i just stop the all services and delete the PROD folder
and again trying to install from same staging area which created previously.

becuase of this i am getting error or what? or i need to create again new staging area for fresh installation...???

                            Hi,

Are you running the installer on the same machine? If yes, you need to follow the steps in the following document to clean your previous installation.

If you have used this stage area directory successfully before you do not need to recreate it.

Are you serious about this? In this case, wait for the mood of the other server to go up and the issue will be resolved then.

I believe if permissions are set properly and you have sufficient space on this mount point, then you should not get such error.
