YES! IT WORKS!
I used interactive installation, so I didn't read about this operation (in the guide it is mentioned under "Non interactive installation").
I get same error after applying Oracle 11g patch (18.104.22.168.0) in Interactive mode, on starting the db :
Please give me details how to solve the same.
Have you upgraded the database after installing the patch ? Check the instructions in the README for 22.214.171.124
