I am trying to run the crystal report reports from the risk register but I get the message 'this requires crystal report' which IS installed.
Is there some configuration to make to get that working?
You can test this by saving the report to your hard drive and then double clicking, if it doesn't work it's what I described above. From my computer click tools, folder options, file types, you can check this there.
Crystal Reports viewer may not be installed. Before the Oracle acquisition, you could download this executable from the Primavera website.
However, now, as per Oracle policy, you can download this from the Business Objects website:
Click on the following link, and try this download.
