What release of sip server you are working with.
You can use
com.bea.wcp.util.Sessions utility to get al the application sessions associated with a particular callid..see

Please note that Sessions class is proprietary to OCCAS and has been deprecated in the latest release.
You can use the standard SipSessionUtil class now to get a SAS by id, but you cannot get all SipApplicationSessions with it.
