What is the error?
These are the parameters and error codes are also given.
*MSG-00069: Calling INV_MMX_WRAPPER_PVT.exec_min_max from Before Report Trigger
MSG-00070: INV_MMX_WRAPPER_PVT.exec_min_max returned an error:
REP-1825: Before Report trigger returned FALSE.*
unfortunately, that error message is a common one and can be caused by several setup problems, including bugs.
Before logging an SR to Metalink, please verify that:
1. No invalid package for inventory applications (have the DBA check the packages)
2. Purchasing Options for the operating unit is properly set up (all required fields)
3. Rebuild the Inventory Calendar
4. Item has been properly set up (source type, purchasable (if source type = supplier), internal order (if source type = inventory)
For each step please retest the issue.
If that does not solve the issue I'm afraid you have to log an SR.
Thanks Garry for your valuable comments,
I will look into them first.
The process flag would Show ERROR there
Run Requestiong import exceptions report and select source as INV
See what it says
I guess the problem is that there is no list price mentioned on item amster
Are u trying to run an organization level min max or sub inventory level
Hope that helps
I checked the workday calendar..And the problem was there....Thanks..
Hey EMM...I need your help as well..I defined the list price at master level and ran the Min Max at Organization level. But couldnt import in to purchasing..
I was wondering whether its because of the manual numbering option..
We have been using manual numbering for purchase requisitions..will I still be able to import the automatically created requisition..
check for the same item if the list price is there in organization items to which u have assigned the item..
wat does the interface table say..does it show the the imported requisition line in error state or what
Good to hear that.
So, now the data is in the po_requisitions_interface_all (can you confirm this?) but requisition import program does not pick up the record?
Please do as Emm says to run the requisition import exception report or you can simply query po_interface_errors and look for your transaction there. If you don't understand the errors or the action regarding those errors you can try posting it here too, maybe one of us can help :)
It doesnt even show an error message. It keep on running for days..But does not complete.
I checked the list price at Master level as well as Org level. Its defined at both the levels. And gave the source as supplier..under planning Tab
One thing I want to know is does it have to be an MRP planned item?
And do I have to enable the automatic numbering?
It does not have to be mrp planned item.

it pretty much looks like a receiving transaction error...
mind telling us where and how exactly did you encounter this error? From the history I can conclude that you can now run minmax planning with restock yes, but you can't run the requisition import, can you confirm this?
First of all im really sorry. That error was not a correct one.I told one of my technical colleagues to get the dat.She had taken it from the production. But im having this problem in training instance.
However according to her in the po_interface_errors table no errors can be found.
I will update you with the date in the interface_all table in a while.
Anyway you are correct,I can run the min.max report with re stock yes,but cannot import requisitions from the requisitions import program. It keeps running for day and days.
Hey Gerry give me youe email address.I will e mail you the data in the interface_all table

If anyone has run the PO Interface errors report with "Delete = Yes", then the records in the po_interface_errors will be wiped out and you won't be able to see them.
