I am getting issue with unable connect to portal database when i log in payment center and price center tools of BILLING and REVENUE SYSTEM.
pls help me out solve this issue ASAP.
my BRM database is up and running and releated service is also up.

Please post this question in the Oracle Communications Community that have been launched on My Oracle Support to obtain assistance from the BRM Support team.
