The libclntsh.so.10.1 has to be in LD Library path. create a soft link for the file

                  Hi,

You did not mention the application release or the OS version.

I believe this is due to missing OS packages, so go through the following document and make sure you have all packages installed.

                      Hi,
This is what I got as an applmgr on proper sourcing the db env file
Relinking has been done as well
Running adadmin should be done as applmgr user and after sourcing the application env file (NOT the database env file).
adrelink is exiting with status 0

                      End of adrelink session
                      Date/time is Thu Jul 16 11:45:07 IST 2009
This indicates the relinking FNDLOAD was done successfully.
However this is not happening with my userid
What do you mean by this? Are you able to run FNDLOAD (as applmgr user and after sourcing the application env file)?

                      Regards,
                      Hussein

That means you executable is successfully relinked.

                        What does this mean?

                          Hi,

FNDLAOD, I am able to run with applmgr :)
However I can't have those rights and only my DBA can do it.
So how can I make this work on my user ID.

                          Thanks,

                            Hi,

Do you mean by your OS user? If yes, then ask the DBA to give you permission on application tier files (env files, AD utilities, FND utilities, ..etc) and make this user a member of the dba group.

                            Regards,
                            Hussein

                              Mithun,

In this case there is no my id and DBA id. When it comes to OS and binaries as we were discussing since couple of days the owner i.e. applmgr is used to execute all the commands via command lines.

When it comes to Application, apps is the user that is executing the FNDLOAD and must have access to system user (password) of database.

Hope you are getting my point.

                              Thanks,
                              Anchorage :)

                                Hi,

FNDLOAD is run by the OS user (applmgr user -- the owner of the application tier files), and not by APPS user.

                                  Hi,

Sorry for a typo over there.

I mean to say that we must know apps password to run FNDLOAD

                                  FNDLOAD apps/apps 0 Y UPLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct <name>.ldt

                                  Thanks for correcting me,
                                  Anchorage :)

Still this has nothing to do with the issue. The issue with the OS user and not with the apps or the system username/password.
