Oracle 10g EM service stop

Respected Sir
I am using windows server 2003 on dell server thih 4GB RAM and oracle 10g R2 installed on that server.But every time em service stop and when i start it from control pannel->administrative tool->services then following error occurs
Could not start OracleDBConsolejpdcorcl service on Local computer.
Error 1053 The service did not respond to the start or control request in timely fashion.
