          Hi,

          What changes have been done recently?

          What is the OS?

          Please run AutoConfig and make sure it completes successfully.

          Review this document and see if it helps.

              Hi,

              Please mention the OS you are running on.

              To run AutoConfig, login as applmgr user and source the application env file, stop the application services (keep the database and the database listener up and running), then run adautocfg.sh script under $INST_TOP/admin/scripts directory. If AutoConfig completes successfully, start the application services and check again.

              Also, please post the contents of the hosts file here.

              Regards,
              Hussein

                          Hi,
                          Thanks, please how do i unlock the accounts. i use oracle 11g on server 2003 sp2.
                          Source the database env file and login to SQL*Plus as system or sys user then issue:
                          SQL> alter user apps account unlock;
                          SQL> alter user applsys account unlock;
                          Pls who is the application user or manager whose password autoconfig requires to run or normally ask for and what is his password.
                          AutoConfig asks for apps password which is apps by default.

                          Regards,
                          Hussein

                              What does Apache log file say after running AutoConfig?

                                  The above does not help much as those errors can be ignored. Do you have all the application services started?

                                  Can you find any errors in the database log file? If no errors can be found, I would suggest you enable debug as per (Note: 419839.1 - How to enable Apache, OC4J and OPMN logging in Oracle Applications R12) and see if any errors are reported in the logs.

                                  Regards,
                                  Hussein
