      Ali,

      Try starting the database manually

      sqlplus "/as sysdba"
      startup

If not started post the error message in the alert log file.

      thanks,

Nowhere in my previous post did I mention anything about using "SYSTEM" account to login to Oracle

If you can't or won't follow directions, then I'll stop trying to assist.
The reality is that SQL*Net is NOT required to start Oracle DB.
Once again using the "oracle" account CUT the lines below & PASTE into terminal/command window

                          netstat -a | grep LISTEN | grep 1521
ps -ef | grep ora_ | grep mon
                          sqlplus
                          / as sysdba
                          startup
                          select * from v$version;
                          exit

Now using CUT commands & results and PASTE whole session back here

but the out put is the same.

This time First I start the listner which works fine and then I try to start the database and then I copy and paste the command that you post

                              I directed to do
Once again using the "oracle" account CUT the lines below & PASTE into terminal/command window

& you are running a root!
                              root@allsemworks VIS_allsemworks# ls
I asked for CUT & PASTE!

                              netstat -a | grep LISTEN | grep 1521
                              & you do the following
                              root@allsemworks VIS_allsemworks# netstat -a | grep LISTEN | grep 1522

                              Enjoy your mystery!
Since you can't or won't follow direction, You're On Your Own (YOYO)!

                                Thank you

When I install the database I change from 1521 to 1522.

So based on your comment I use 1522.

My setup do not know 1521 only know 1522 if this make you sad

Thank you God will send some one or other to solve my problem

Can some one know how to solve the above problem?

                                Please help

Previous output disagrees with you (see above in this thread)
                                  Connecting to (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=)(PORT=1521))
If you knew as much as you think you do, you would not be flailing around begging for answers.

You don't know, what you don't know!
