      How to the register listener automatically?

          Status unknown means a static database registration (db name entry in the listener.ora file) instead of dynamic registration (the db register itself).

            Since your listener is using a non default TCP port, you have to configure the database instance to register to this non default listener using LOCAL_LISTENER instance parameter: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/network.102/b14212/listenercfg.htm#sthref1032
