B2B Enqueue Error: jca.aq.HeaderDocument property is missing

I have a BPEL process in 10g which reads EBS and enqueues to B2B, which works fine.
We recently installed 11g and migrated the BPEL process, and now it is erroring with following message when the message is enqueued to IP_OUT_QUEUE.

In 10g we pass a b2b outbound variable and seems that has been changed. How and where exactly to set the property "jca.aq.HeaderDocument". I am looking at section 9.7.7 in upgrade document and that is not very clear to me what exactly needs to be done. Any ideas?
