It is not exactly clear what you are asking. Are you looking for something like D2RQ which can create an ontology for a relational schema and allow SPARQL queries to run against the underlying relational data?
Thanks for your answer. yes, i am trying D2RQ now. it is very strong. so far, i build a small ontology. totally 250,000 triples. i found that running a SParQL in D2RQ with 'order by' is more faster than Oracle.
Anyone can tell me that is there any benchmarking between D2RQ and Oracle?

I guess you are using Jena Adaptor 2.0 to run SPARQL queries with Order by?
The upcoming Jena Adaptor optimizes the support of order by, limit, and offset, on top of the new SPARQL capabilities provided by SEM_MATCH in Oracle Database Release 11.2.
We will post a message once it is released.
yes, i am using Jena to run SPARQL.
our last project was using Oracle, but i can't get a good performance with Order by and fuzzy query. hoping Oracle can resolve these problems as soon as possible. and thanks for you answer.
Jena Adaptor release 11.2 can now be downloaded from OTN.
