My customer, Swiss general insurance company, has the following requirement:
1. the HQ is defining the yearly marketing strategy and plans campaigns per year
2. the general agencies (about 80, covering each a specific region) can choose which campaigns they want to be part of
3. each agency can then decide:
3a) when they want the campaign to be executed
3b) which salesreps of the general agency should be part of the campaign execution
3c) how many leads / contacts / prospects should be assigned to each salesrep per week during the execution timeframe
Can we cover such a requirement with our solutions? Did anyone answer such a requirement, or knows of a customer who did something similiar?
