i have waited for about 1 hours, why still hang here?
i have ever uninstall it,delete the crs dict and remove some file, format the raw device, rerun the install ,but still face same problem!
to confirm CRS is up
ps -ef | grep css
and check for errors in [Clusterware log files|http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/rac.102/b14197/appsupport.htm#BEHJHGJD]
I'm facing the same issue can you please share the solution here if you have found it
this looks like an issue with your storage. Can the grid owner AND oracle rdbms owner read and write to the SHARED devices? Are you using ASM or other shared file system?
If you are using ASM, then you MUST use a partition that excludes cylinders 0-1 on the device - I always make sure I have partition using cylinders 2-<last>.
Since you tried to write to this device, you may need to go back and redo the fdisk.
