How to set collection thumbnail image?

Does anyone know what dimensions to use when creating a thumbnail image for a collection? Everything I try shows up very small in the upper left corner of the thumbnail and doesn't fill the space like it should.

Nevermind. I assumed the URL field was wanting an image, but learned that it actually rasterizes whatever HTML page you enter to become the thumbnail.
