Migration to Oracle Infinity process

What is the effort to migrate collection/report/user configuration and database from Webtrends to Oracle Infinity? Is this something that can be handled by Oracle seamlessly? How long does this take and would switching to the Oracle JS tracking file introduce any issues with data continuity?

Does anyone have experience with this process that they can share? Much appreciated.
