Oracle Cloud jobs are failed with an error 'start of root element expected'

Hello Everyone,

In our Oracle Cloud environment, the jobs which are FTPed to some other location are failing frequently with an error 'start of root element expected'. When we reprocess the job, it is getting succeeded.

Can someone help me with this? How to avoid such frequent failures?
