GREEN / Intermittently Unable to Log Into Instance / POD 3 / RESOLVED

Our Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating an incident impacting the ability to log into the application for multiple POD 3 clients. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 4:30 pm EST (UTC-5)
