We have identified an incident where forms submitted via Chrome or Safari browsers, the submit button turns grey and no submission occurs.  A workaround has been identified for landing pages created in HTML only:

1. Go to the form > Gear Button > View Form HTML.

2. Copy the form's HTML markup.

3. Go to the Landing Page > In the HTML editor of the Landing Page, paste the form's HTML. (NOTE: dragging and dropping the Form control will not give an error at this point but will also not work)

4. Find (Ctrl + f) the attribute 'onclick' and delete both the attribute and it's value.

5. Click Save.

Our Development Team is currently working on this incident.  We do not have any ETA for resolution.  The next schedule update will be on Friday, Sept 18th around 10:00 am EDT (UTC-4).
