Our Cloud Operations team have identified an issue where the clients may experience degraded performance with Eloqua Apps. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 8:00 pm UTC.

Our Cloud Operations team has confirmed the issue is now resolved.
Clients may notice pending syncs in their app reports from Nov 11-12. These are not currently being processed. Also, clients may notice contacts stuck in app steps. We would ask clients to manually reflow contacts stuck in app steps, prioritizing campaigns and programs with the most critical business impact or timing requirements.
