Allow remove all option on a shared list

Overall I think shared lists should have more flexibility so we can do more data analysis if we need to. Instead of only allow us to remove 200 contacts at a time, there should be an option to remove all contacts if we need to.

Eloqua devs have gone out of their way to ensure that you cannot modify one contact based on whatever condition of another contact. I do not foresee them going back on this. This is what match/dedupe rules are for.
