Implement webhooks in Eloqua
I see that many platforms are implementing webhooks. If Eloqua could implement this, this would make integration possibilities with third-party platforms so much bigger without being dependant on the custom integration that companies now have to do for Eloqua.
If you want to know how to implement it, simply have a look at the competition to get some ideas

@pvwetten Thank you for bringing it up Could you please post specific examples of third-party platforms you have in mind? Happy to chat about related use cases - [email protected].

Third party platforms:
- email validation platforms like Neverbounce.
- form solutions like Typeform
- CDP like Segment
- chatbot suppliers like Intercom or Drift
- Zappier
- Poll solutions like SurveyMonkey
-
Google Search lead form extensions also use webhooks.

Is there an update on this? Especially with the google search lead forms coming up, something like this would be very helpful.

@Nathan Nemirovski-Oracle Are there any news on this topic? We recently faced the same issue, trying to push a small dataset to a service solution (Comrach) which can only interpret proper webhooks.
Simple Form Reposts are not working in this scenario and other options like building an app, getting a 3rd party app or another Oracle product (Integraton Cloud) are security and effort wise not a good solution for small simple use cases.
A native webhook campaign/program action service or a form processing step to achieve it would be a tremendous help for us and a lot of our customers.

@Raphael Rettenbacher the Webhook App is on the radar, but unfortunately, there is no news on this particular topic. As of today, the Integration Cloud is a recommended way to go.
Thank you,
Nathan

@Nathan Nemirovski-Oracle Thanks for sharing the update, even if it is not as satisfactory as I would have hoped.
Thanks
