Oracle Eloqua: Relevance & Retention
Oracle Eloqua provides multiple data points that marketers can use to create or update lists for defining segments. The ability to refine and narrow segments to reach the perfect audience is powerful, but requires that marketers understand the full functionality of this feature. In the first topic, Advanced Segmentation, marketers learn how to extract lists or create filters to define segments using advanced techniques.
From a customer’s point of view, a Preference Center is perceived as respect for their privacy and personal preferences pertaining to communication. From a marketer’s point of view, a Preference Center does the hard work that a marketer would otherwise have to do manually or manage through processes and programs. In the second topic, Custom Subscription Management, marketers are introduced to Oracle Eloqua features that are used to configure a complete end to end Preference Center experience.
The focus of this 1-day Oracle Eloqua: Relevance and Retention course is to help customers refine and narrow segments to reach their perfect audience using information gathered directly through preference centers or indirectly by assessing the audience’s digital body language. The two key topics covered in this course are:
- Advanced Segmentation
- Custom Subscription Management
