Oracle CX Audience: Essentials

This OnDemand series of CX Audience courses is intended for roles, such as the Administrator, Data Director, Marketer, Sales, and Analytics Manager to help familiarize with CX Audience and the process for implementing and using CX Audience. This series helps you identify the unique data sources used to create filters and audiences. Additionally, it discusses a waterfall-based segmentation strategy to create and prioritize segments for more effective message targeting and preventing message fatigue. Lastly, it discusses how to analyze audience performance using custom visual reports and how to use Datalogix Dashboards for Profile Analysis and Engagement Analysis.

The CX Audience course series includes the following topics, which are recommended in the prescribed order:
