Getting Started with Interactive Dashboards Plus

Interactive Dashboards Plus (ID+) is an exciting, new feature within Interactive Dashboards that helps users create and publish your own reports to other users within your company. To get access to this feature, you will need to complete two short (and free) online courses, which will help you get the most benefit from ID+. These courses, and other useful guides, may be found below.

If you have been approved for access to Interactive Dashboards Plus, view the courses below and complete the assessments to gain access to the feature.

If you have not been approved for access, but would like to gain access to Interactive Dashboards Plus, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

When I click on the link for the courses I get a message of an Internal Server Error. Investigated on my side and it is definitely an issue not on my end. Please investigate.

The iLearning portal is having some temporary system issues. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will provide an update once the links are working again.

Quick update on the video error issues you were experiencing:

Oracle University has confirmed that they are experiencing some intermittent issues on the iLearning portal, but have not been able to consistently replicate the issue. Please give the videos another try and hopefully you’ll be able to access now. If not, you may file a SR with the following details:

1. Go to http://education.oracle.com/pls/eval-eddap-dcd/OU_autosr_forms.home?p_source=EXOUKC&p_redirect=N
2. Select "course not playing"
3. Then, insert the video error message in the description box

Hi Anders -

You should reach out to your CSM and say that you've completed the Interactive Dashboards Plus training and ask him or her to submit a support ticket to have it enabled on your account.  Support will work with product management to seek approval and then you should be able to do all of the things that ID+ allows you to do.

Hello,

While watching the videos for Course 1 I experienced and issue with the Pt7 Scheduling a custom report video.

At 1:10min the audio stops and the video continues for another 3 minutes stuck on the same screen. no audio, no changes on the screen but video timer keeps going.

I was able to complete the assessment after, I just wanted to report the issue I saw.

I had a similar issue - try connecting to a different network or wifi connection.
