We're looking for a modern digital marketer who knows how to maximize business value from marketing technology platforms. In the role you will be instrumental in the demand generation organization while supporting the global strategy for Aruba’s Marketing technology stack. This role will work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Sales, Field Marketing, Web and the Creative/Content team.

You are a digital marketing expert who knows how to maximize business value from marketing technology platforms. 

You can evaluate, select, and implement new tools and platforms with an eye for innovation and growth.

You can proactively identify gaps in current processes/systems, and optimize workflows to increase marketing productivity.

You are comfortable working in a global role and excel at developing strong working relationships with internal peers and agency partners. 

You have planned executed and optimized multi-channel, multi-touch marketing programs and campaigns as well as the tactics that support them. 

You have a deep understanding of lead-scoring frameworks and know how to tweak them to improve lead conversion. 

You are an adept and creative problem-solver with a customer-success oriented mindset. 

Your powers of influence along with your creative problem solving and relationship skills have enabled you to build bridges and collaborative solutions in seemingly impossible situations.
