Improve contact Activity Type Email Subscribe and Email Unsubscribe for GDPR

Hello,

I'm seeing more requests come in around global subscription status and the reason to why it's been changed.

Currently when a contact is subscribed it has this information

This Dream It is to improve the activity detail for subscribes and unsubscribes so it says how they were subscribed to future mailings, for example it could say under Activity Details:

Subscribed to future mailings by email

Subscribed to future mailings by user X.X

Subscribed to future mailings by bulk API

Subscribed to future mailings by program X

Subscribed to future mailings by update rule X

This would allow us to clearly identify how a subscription status was changed.
