Update 7: (12/18/2020 11:19pm ET) Your cloud service is now fully restored and operational. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update 6: (12/18/2020 11:11pm ET) The partial outage is being caused by an issue with the database. CrowdTwist engineering team is currently working on patch to fix the issue.

Update 5: (12/18/2020 8:44pm ET) Cloud services are still experiencing sub-optimal performance, about quarter of the traffic continues to experience timeout errors. No impact on POS. Our engineering team is currently investigating to restore optimal performance ASAP. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update 4: (12/18/2020 6:45pm ET) POS APIs were temporarily unavailable between 6:45pm ET – 6:46pm ET. Services are restored but we continue to monitor.

Update 3: (12/18/2020 6:13pm ET) POS APIs are restored.
