Update 6 (1/5/2021 8:09pm)Your cloud service is now fully restored and operational. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update 5 (1/5/2021 7:55pm):  As of 6:51pm ET the cloud services are in a steady state. Our engineering team is continuing to investigate and implement preventative measures to prevent future similar issues. 

Update 4 (1/5/2021 6:26pm):  We are continuing to investigate the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

Update 3 (1/5/2021 5:18pm):  Cloud services are continuing to experience sub-optimal performance. Our engineering team is currently investigating to restore optimal performance ASAP. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

Update 2 (1/5/2021 4:47pm):  We are continuing to investigate the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
