Update 14 (1/6/2020 6:48pm): The CrowdTwist platform continues to remain stable. As of 4:34pm, performance has been restored to optimal levels. The team is continuing to monitor the platform and investigate the root cause of the service interruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and thank you for your understanding.

Update 13 (1/6/2020 4:34pm): The CrowdTwist platform continues to be available. Performance has been restored to optimal levels. We are continuously monitoring the platform to maintain performance. The team is investigating the root cause of the service interruption and we will provide an update on the analysis once confirmed. We apologize and thank you for your engagement. 

Update 12 (1/6/2020 3:14pm): As of 2:56pm ET cloud services are continuing to experience sub-optimal performance; while the platform is up, we are experiencing latency. Our engineering team is investigating multiple paths to restore performance. This continues to be our top priority. In addition, we have engaged additional resources to find the source.

Update 11 (1/6/2020 2:26pm): As of 2:23pm ET cloud services are experiencing sub-optimal performance. Our engineering team is currently investigating to restore optimal performance ASAP. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

Update 10 (1/6/2020 2:18pm): As of 2:05pm ET, cloud services are in a steady state. Our engineering team is continuing to investigate and implement preventative measures to prevent future similar issues.

Update 9 (1/6/2021 1:44pm): As of 1:38pm ET cloud services are experiencing sub-optimal performance. Our engineering team is currently investigating to restore optimal performance ASAP. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

Update 8 (1/6/2021 1:26pm): As of 12:54pm ET the cloud services are in a steady state. Our engineering team is continuing to investigate and implement preventative measures to prevent future similar issues. 

Update 7 (1/6/2020 12:40pm): As of 12:38pm we are experiencing sub-optimal performance. Our engineering team is currently investigating to restore optimal performance ASAP. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

Update 6 (1/6/2020 12:22pm): Your cloud service is now fully restored and operational. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update 5 (1/6/2021 11:40am): As of 11:26am ET the cloud services are in a steady state. Our engineering team is continuing to investigate and implement preventative measures to prevent future similar issues. 

Update 4 (1/6/2021 11:37am):  Cloud services are continuing to experience sub-optimal performance. Our engineering team is currently investigating to restore optimal performance ASAP. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

Update 3 (1/6/2021 11:06am):  We are continuing to investigate the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

Update 2 (1/6/2021 10:41am): As of 10:34am POS APIs are operating as usual. Other services (Control Center, User APIs, Widgets) are continuing to experience intermittent sub-optimal performance. We are continuing to investigate the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
