Feasibility for creating new Field in Eloqua activity

Hi,

We would like to create the new field in Eloqua activity for storing the incentive issue date. For storing date when the first promotion was offered.

Currently, we are able to add fields on Contact, Account and Campaign. Not finding an option to add new field in Activity.

Could you please help us with the feasibility for creating new field in Activity.

Hi,

Have you tried to use External assets and Activities?

You can store the Date value after each email promotion sent by automating the process with the External Activity Cloud app or by importing/Uploading data from another source to your campaign flow.

Hi Abdul,

We wanted to have the field in the same activity record which is created on the campaign sent and use this field part of the existing activity export job.

But this external activities is altogether different record.
