Update 5 (01/28/2021 2:37pm): Your cloud service is now fully restored and operational. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update 4 (01/28/2021 2:17pm):  Cloud services are back online and we are continuing to monitor the platform.

Update 3 (01/28/2021 1:48pm):  Cloud services are continuing to experience sub-optimal performance. Our engineering team is currently investigating to restore optimal performance ASAP. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

Update 2 (01/28/2021 1:05pm):  We are continuing to investigate the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
