Account Alerts for Contact Usage & Growth
Howdy Product team,
I am an account manager here on the Eloqua Oracle side. I've had a customer recommend a great feature for better Oracle/Customer account alignment. The discussed feature would be an alert to let customers know when they are coming close to their contracted usage or when there is a large increase/decrease in contacts. His alternative idea would be to cut off DB growth when they are at 100% usage, however, an alert seems to be more effective and beneficial for all customers.
