Utilize social/localized events data in STO

Do we have any plans to insert external events/data into STO e.g. amend campaigns due to Public Holiday or Major Sporting Events or unforeseen events? I know STO takes account of historical data but holidays and sporting events move while something like a storm is unforeseen?
