Our Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating an incident where email sending is unavailable for some POD 7 clients. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 6:00 am UTC

The incident has been resolved and resultant email backlog is being consumed rapidly and the delay is diminishing. The team will continue to work towards improving the processing of the backlog.
