GREEN / Form Submission Impacted / POD 3 & 4 / RESOLVED

Our Operations Team is currently investigating an incident where form submission via API is unavailable for customers on POD 3 and POD 4. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 6:00 pm UTC

Our Operations team is continuing to work on the API Form Submit incident which is affecting your instance today. If API Call was rejected with an error it needs to be reprocessed
If API Call was accepted then the data will be processed
