CRM Campaign ID sycing

Hi team,

We have an integration of Salesforce(as CRM) with our Eloqua instance. The campaign details get synced from Eloqua->Salesforce and vice versa. Whenever we create a campaign, we first need to create campaign, save it then refresh in order for 'CRM Campaign ID' to be populated. This creates an issue because if CRM Campaign Id isn't populated automatically instantly, please create the functionality as CRM Id is necessary for campaign activities to be synced in both the systems.
