Magento SFTP Export to Eloqua w/o Port 22 requirement

Hi everybody,
We are running into an odd scenario, where our Magento Cloud has reserved Port 22 for internal usage, and from our understanding, Port 22 is required for Eloqua SFTP imports. Because of this we can't export data out of Magento and into Eloqua via SFTP. Has anyone had any experience getting around this?
Thanks in advance for your time!

Hi Ryan
Thank you for reaching out to the community forum with your question.
At this time port 22 is the only possible port to use for an SFTP connection. No other ports will work, even if a port is appended to the IP address.
Please look at this document: Eloqua Public IP Addresses for the Email Sending Shared Range, SFTP, API, CRM, Application (Doc ID 1968941.1) under all POD.

Hi Ryan
If you can’t use the SFTP due to this restriction, You may want to look at using the BULK API to import contacts into Eloqua.

Thank you! We've been recommended to try the API by a few sources so we are exploring that.
