How to check any record detail stuck in the wait step in a campaign using API's ?

Hi All,
In an active campaign, I want to check any record with details stuck in the wait step in a campaign using API's.
Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

There is not a way via API to check any record stuck in the wait step in a campaign.
What is available that could be useful is Notifying users when a contact or custom object enters a wait step.

Are there any further efforts from Oracle to prevent Contacts getting stuck in Campaign/Program CloudApp steps?
I believe, 21C did contain further improvements to the notification URL, but have not seen anything since. Of course, Contacts still get stuck, only now with more detailed status messages (21A).
